Charterhouse are currently working with Global Marketing Agency who are looking to hire a Senior HR Executive to join their office in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has experience as a Human Resources Generalist, looking for their next step within an expanding organisation.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the Senior HR Executive will be responsible for the full employment lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding, induction and training of new joiners. In addition, this role will be responsible for conducting exit interviews for mid-level leavers. As an ambitious individual, the HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager to develop policies and procedures, contribute to employee relations, and oversee the full HR operation process.
The Senior HR Executive will work in collaboration with the Finance Director and external payroll provider to review and oversee payroll, maintain and audit payroll data including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and benefits. In addition, this role will maintain and update HR systems and employee files, ensuring records are accurate. The Senior HR Executive will also draft and issue HR documentation including offer letters, contracts and manage the Visa process for existing and new employees.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, having worked in the UAE with excellent knowledge of the current labour law. The ideal candidate will preferably have a career history working within a marketing agency. It is essential for our client that the successful candidate is an Arabic Speaker.

The ideal candidate will be determined, have excellent team working skills with the ability to work well independently. Exceptional time management and organisational skills are crucial for this role. It is essential to be proficient in Microsoft with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
