Charterhouse is working with a Global Law Firm to assist in their hiring of an HR and Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and support HR Functions of their Riyadh Office.
About the role
As a HR & Office Manager, your role will be extremely varied, responsible for overseeing the daily operations, legal administrative duties and smooth running of the office. This role will coordinate and collaborate effectively with senior management in KSA, Dubai and London offices, to ensure operations are running smoothly. The Office manager will provide local vendor support, assist with client onboarding, managing any paperwork and documentation, prepare offer and salary letters, whilst ensuring to complete administrative requirements and assigned projects within a timely manner. As a line manager, this role will also be responsible for overseeing administrators and receptionists.
Alongside this, the Office Manager will be responsible for facilities management, negotiating with suppliers whilst maintaining excellent relationships, keeping on top of contract and trade license renewal and maintenance of office supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
This role will also support the HR Function and will be the main HR support within the Riyadh office, and must maintain in-depth understanding of Saudization requirements and ensure the firm is fully compliant to the Saudi labor laws. The HR & Office Manager will report to HR in Dubai and the UK and will support in the full employee lifecycle, manage recruitment, onboarding for new employees, and oversee the visa process. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager to review and support with payroll, and will be responsible for salary reviews and local bench-marking, as well as managing employee records.
About you
To be considered for this role, it is essential that the candidate have a minimum of 3 years HR experience, ideally within Legal or Professional Services and will have worked within a Global Business.
In addition to exceptional customer service skills, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. As a proven HR & Office Manager, the successful candidate will be highly organised, and be a self-starter with proven experience at managing tight deadlines. Our client is seeking a forward thinker, strong decision maker, a strong team player but is able to use their own initiative.
It is essential that the candidate possess KSA working experience and should be a highly motivated individual, eager to grow within an organisation whilst demonstrating excellent team-working skills.
