Charterhouse is working with a global, Luxury Hospitality group, who are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead development and promotion of the brand and its luxury portfolio within South East Asia markets. This role is based in Dubai and offers hybrid working with regular international travel required.
About the role
The Sales Channel Manager will look to develop and nurture sales channels to maximize revenue opportunities for the group’s luxury properties in South East Asia. This role will involve regular networking, coordination and attendance of industry roadshows/events in order to establish and strengthen business partnerships. A key focus will be to sign up relevant channel partners, including the negotiation of agency agreements, overseeing all onboarding and training of the brand and its portfolio offerings.
Additionally, the Sales Channel Manager will conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of the latest market developments, identifying and engaging with high-network individuals or large corporations to sign up and maintain ongoing relationships. In conjunction, the role will coordinate closely with marketing to ensure all sales tools are up-to-date and available to the partners. As part of the leadership team, the successful individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to establish sales and revenue targets, providing regular KPI reporting to the Group Sales Director.
About you
Our client is in search of an experienced Corporate Sales professional, who has a successful track-record of at least 6 years, developing and leading sales channel and business development initiatives for a global hospitality group.
Knowledge and understanding of the latest market trends and industry development is essential for this role, combined with excellent presentation and relationship building skills.
This is a remote based role in Dubai which will report to the Group Sales Director and will involve regular travel to the assigned markets and the need for flexibility to work across international time zones when required.
