Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading Corporate Services Organisation, who is looking to hire a Senior Project Specialist to join the Projects Development team in their Dubai office. This role would be collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business to enhance operational efficiency and drive business performance.
About the role
The Senior Project Specialist will be responsible for leading critical initiatives focused on enhancing operational performance, refining business processes, and driving strategic improvements. This role will require collaborating with stakeholders across business units, such as Marketing, Sales and Finance, to streamline workflows and ensure smooth execution of key business functions. The Project Specialist will play a key role in conducting detailed analyses to identify opportunities for optimization, developing insights that guide strategic initiatives and supporting the integration of intelligent automation technologies to enhance efficiency. A significant aspect of this role would be overseeing project timelines and deliverables to ensure seamless execution, while preparing reports for leadership to provide visibility into project impact and business outcomes.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a relevant field, alongside at least 2-3 years’ of experience in project management or business improvement, working in a similar role within corporate services or consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for process automation, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision making in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated experience with process automations and familiarity with AI-driven solutions would be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
