Charterhouse is working with a global organisation within financial services who are looking to hire a HR Generalist to oversee the Human Resources Department supporting and covering the MENA Region, including KSA, UAE and Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity and would suit a HR Expert who has experience working in a 360 role within a professional, corporate environment.
About the Role
This is a unique role for someone that is looking to build their HR career with a professional, well-reputable global brand. Working closely with and reporting to the Regional HR Teams, the HR Generalist will be the point of contact supporting employees locally, handling employee relations and developing strong relationships embracing a team work approach.
This is a varied HR role that will take on the responsibility of all aspects of the Human Resources function including operations, recruitment, employee relations, ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant, compensation and benefits, learning and development and payroll. In addition, this role will also be assisting with HR Projects across MENA.
About You
To be considered for this role, the suitable candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of MENA employment laws. Strong experience in HR preferably within Financial Services or a similar sector will be beneficial for this role. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. The ideal candidate must be keen to take on a challenging position and be able to handle diverse situations with confidence with ability to multi-task under demanding deadlines. The suitable candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
