Job description
Charterhouse is working with a long-established lighting company in the Middle East, specializing in the design and production of innovative lighting solutions. Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and expanding the company’s presence in the KSA market, as well as across the wider GCC region.
About the role
The Business Development Manager will focus on driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. This includes overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with regional teams to streamline operations.
The Business Development Manager will also be tasked with sourcing new business opportunities, negotiating pricing, and securing key projects within the region.
About you
To be considered for this role, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the lighting industry, ideally within the GCC region, with a particular focus on the KSA market.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic, as proficiency in Arabic is mandatory for the role. A valid UAE driver’s license and the ability to travel within the GCC region are also required.
The candidate must be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Additionally, the ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and identify new business opportunities is essential for success in this position.
