Job description
Charterhouse is working with an international company that specializes in designing and manufacturing exclusive bathroom and kitchen fittings and furnishings. Our client is looking to hire a qualified Sales and Project Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia, with at least 4 years of experience in the region and an interest in developing a career in sales within the sanitary ware and design sector.
About the Role
The role involves achieving retail and project targets in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the luxury segment. It requires identifying key retailers and establishing long-term partnerships to enhance business growth. The position also entails creating customer plans that align with annual and three-year growth objectives, factoring in the entire value chain from sell-in to sell-out pricing.
Additionally, the responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics for the designated area and preparing updates for periodic reviews with the zone Director. In addition, the role shall collaborate with architects, designers, and developers in the luxury real estate sector, ensuring the presentation of collections and the development of project specifications that meet client needs.
Lastly, the position demands conducting market intelligence to stay informed about products, competitors, pricing, as well as research and development trends. Effective cooperation with the headquarters' back-office team is essential to deliver high-quality service to clients, ensuring their requirements are met in a timely manner.
About You
To be considered for this role, candidates must reside in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Jeddah or Riyadh, and hold a bachelor's Degree in design, business administration, architecture, or a related field. Fluency in English is required; Italian is preferred, and additional languages are a plus to enhance communication with stakeholders in the luxury market.
Flexibility to travel is essential, as the position involves visiting various locations to build relationships and support business development efforts.
