Charterhouse is working with a leading international law firm who is looking for Receptionist/Office assistant to join their offices here in Dubai.

About the role
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and customer service such as, greeting clients into the business, answering inbound and making outbound calls. This role will be responsible for managing diaries, booking and supervising meeting rooms, scheduling transport for staff and clients, maintaining office supplies and overseeing petty cash and expenses.

The Office Assistant will track and ensure all calendars, procedures and accounts are up to date and efficiently monitored. In addition, this role will be supporting the office manager and wider team with legal and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a front of house candidate who is dedicated to further develop their professional career with legal services.

About you
To be considered for this role, candidates must be professional, well-presented, self-aware, and responsible, with the ability to take initiative and pride in their work, while thriving in a team environment. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate must have previous experience as support staff within an international professional services organisation.
