Charterhouse is working in partnership with an award-winning, prestigious Interior and Architectural firm which have delivered on a global portfolio of luxury, bespoke projects. Our client is rapidly expanding its presence in the region and are seeking a highly skilled Interior Architectural Designer to join the team in Dubai. This role will service global clientele on a wide array of sophisticated, high-end projects and will require travel at times to international offices.
About the role
The Interior Architectural Designer will work alongside the global team to lead and execute elegant, world class design projects from concept to completion stage. This will involve preparing highly detailed drawings, tender packages and design presentations, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard and delivered within the delivery deadlines. Our client is seeking a senior professional who is extremely detailed orientated with a creative flair and passion for delivering exceptional designs on a range of large-scale hospitality and residential projects.
About you
To be considered for the role the successful candidate should have a Bachelors in Interior Architecture with at least 4 years relevant professional experience working in a design studio with strong use of software such as AutoCAD and Adobe CS Suite or similar. Our client is looking to hire an individual who has a strong eye for detail, ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions with a commitment to delivering projects within the required deadlines and specifications.
This is a client facing role which will engage with external and internal stakeholders, therefore our client is looking to hire an individual who can be an excellent representation of the firm and its ethos to contribute towards continued business growth.
Prior experience of working in a leading global design firm is essential alongside the ability to demonstrate very strong design and technical skills therefore it will be required to provide a portfolio of projects handled as part of the selection process.
