Job description
Charterhouse is presently managing a search for a client within the sustainability sector. This company is in the process of looking to recruit a CEO to help with the growth and global business presence. This is a great opportunity to join a company that is looking to have a positive impact on the world! They offer multiple products and solutions and want to hire a CEO who can lead and spearhead growth within this SAAS business.
About the role
The CEO will help develop and execute the company's goals and long-term vision. The successful candidate will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across the business.
About you
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will need to have previous experience working as a CEO or equivalent position. Our client is looking for a technical CEO who understands the SAAS business. To be successful in this role, experience in growing startups, familiar with “Go to market strategies” and having a previous record of securing funding in Europe or the Middle East is essential.
This individual will need to show good leadership and managerial skills. They should also be a strategic thinker who has the ability to problem-solve when needed. Due to the growth plans in the business, the successful candidate would have ideally worked in scaleups/fast-paced start-ups before. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position.
