Job description

​Charterhouse is working with an internationally acclaimed training provider which is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for proactively acquiring new business and managing existing partnerships with government entities and clients within the professional services industry.

About the role
This role will be heavily geared towards conducting extensive research to identify new potential partnerships and presenting compelling business cases to relevant clients which address their organizational needs. As the Business Development Manager you will inherit a portfolio of existing key accounts to nurture and maintain, with the task to proactively identify opportunities which generate increased revenue through upselling/cross selling relevant products.

About you
The successful candidate should have a Bachelors in Business or relevant subject with at least 5 years’ proven B2B sales experience in a professional services, finance or corporate training industry. Our client is looking to hire an individual who demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, results driven nature with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Strong preference will be given to bilingual English and Arabic speakers. Our client is looking for someone who is target and solution driven with a an ability to influence at all levels. A background in B2B sales is crucial for this role, specifically with strong experience in developing compelling sales proposals and presenting to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be someone who is passionate about sales, energetic and has the ability to manage numerous projects independently, delivering business objectives within tight deadlines.
