Job description
Charterhouse is working with a leading international law firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our client is looking to hire a 2 – 6 PQE Corporate and Commercial Associate who has experience advising on corporate mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and commercial contracts including but not limited to distribution agreements, franchising agreements, professional service agreements.
About the role
The work will include advising both international and regional corporations on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be a common law qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years of experience within Corporate. Candidates based in the region are preferred, although, our client would also be open to consider Associates from London.
