Job description
Charterhouse is working with a US firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our client is looking to hire a 2 – 5 PQE Corporate Associate who has experience advising on both corporate public and private mergers & acquisitions matters within the Middle East.
About the role
The work will include advising both international and regional corporations on primarily public and private mergers & acquisitions.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be a common law qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years of experience within Corporate. Candidates who have been based in the region for over a year are preferred, although, our client would also be open to consider Associates from London provided that they are currently at a US or Magic Circle firm.
