Job description
Charterhouse is working on a rare opportunity with a leading international firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our client is looking to hire a 1 – 3 PQE Commercial Dispute Resolutions Associate who has experience advising government institutions, ultra-high net worth individuals and blue-chip clients on multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation and international arbitration matters.
About the role
This role will be advising clients on commercial litigation and international arbitration in front of the DIFC and ADGM courts, High Court of England and Wales and various arbitral tribunals including but not limited to DIAC-LCIA, LCIA, ICC, ADCCAC
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be a common law qualified lawyer with a minimum of one year of experience in commercial disputes. Candidates who are based in the region and have qualified at the firm where they completed their training contract are preferred. However, our client is also open to considering Associates from London, provided they have the relevant experience.
