Charterhouse is working exclusively with a well-established, professional services organisation to assist in the recruitment of an Operations Manager to oversee the Operations of their Dubai Office. This is an excellent role, to work within a fast-growing company, where there will be opportunity to be involved in business changes and growth.

About the role
The Operations Manager’s role will be extremely varied, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and smooth running of the office. This role will manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure all tasks by the team are completed efficiently and effectively, improve productivity as well as ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. This role will coordinate and collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure operations are running smoothly, managing any paperwork and documentation, whilst ensuring to complete assigned projects within a timely manner.

The Operations Manager will engage closely within Senior Management in their London Office, to develop and implement processes and any admin systems. A project driven role, which will see the managing of teams across varied departments to drive workforce and assist in organisation growth.

The role will handle basic HR duties such as handling some recruitment, conducting interviews and onboarding new employees, as well as managing employee records. It will be first point of contact for employees in the Dubai Office.

Alongside this, the Operations Manager will be responsible for facilities management, negotiating with suppliers whilst maintaining excellent relationships, keeping on top of contract and trade license renewal and maintenance of office supplies by checking stock and placing orders.

About you
To be considered for this role, it is essential that the ideal candidate have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience ideally within Professional Services.

In addition to exceptional customer service skills, the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. As a proven Office Manager; the candidate must be highly organised, a self-starter with proven experience at managing tight deadlines. Our client is seeking a forward thinker, strong decision maker, a strong team player but is able to use their own initiative.

It is essential that the candidate possess UAE working experience. They should be a highly motivated individual, eager to grow within an organisation whilst demonstrating excellent teamworking skills.
