As the Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will design, develop and implement defined pay and benefit programmes for countries across the business. You will ensure they are cost effective and legal and support the evolving business needs, whilst reflecting local market practices. You will also provide advice to local management and employees on any compensation or benefit related issue as well as have full responsibility for maintaining the market standards for remuneration. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a compensation and benefits role within a multinational company in the UAE. You should also have experience working within a diverse team. It is essential you are a confident communicator, capable of dealing with senior stakeholders in the business. This role will be remotely based reporting in to another country so initiative is key.
