This role is responsible for ensuring coordination between HR and its employees as well as other stakeholders within this diverse and large business. The role requires someone that has a solid understanding of HR and is able to lead the necessary coordination, intervention and follow up with the respective HR functions to drive timely and effective delivery of HR services including resolution and closure of requests/issues/complaints. Ideally you will have at least 4-6 years' experience in a similar position, be Degree educated and have sound knowledge of HR processes and systems.
