Charterhouse is working with a major real estate developer who is looking to hire a Soft Services Manager to look after and advise on major grade A sites. Our client is a leading organisation that has a huge presence with some of the most prestigious projects in the region. You will be responsible for managing the soft services of multiple assets within the business portfolio including prestigious residential, commercial and retail developments across Qatar. You will also be responsible for resolving tenant complaints in a timely fashion and work to resolve reoccurring issues. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate at least 7 years experience within soft services and cleaning, working on major mixed-use facilities within a real estate organisation. It is essential you have a firm grasp on finance and that you are commercially astute. Candidates should be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.

Senior Manager - Facility Operations

Our client is a market leader within the construction industry, with a dedicated, talented team leading the way in major mixed-use facilities. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of hard and soft facility management operations on site, ensuring to manage and maintain high standards as per company procedures and protocol. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your principal accountabilities will be to ensure cost effective facilities management, inspect the premises on a daily basis, follow up complaints and suggestions as well as implement health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for site insurance and coordination with fit out contractors and will develop and manage the departments budget. In addition, you will be required to work closely internally with various departments as well as externally with different service providers. The successful candidate should have 10 to 15 years experience in facility management operations. It is essential that you possess strong people management skills and a good working knowledge and commitment to quality management principals. You should have in-depth knowledge and implementation experience of PM / PPM, CBM and RCM2 methodology across major facilities but most importantly have major mixed-use facilities experience.
