Our client is looking to hire a Proposals Manager to work on water and waste tenders across the Region. This role is based out of the UAE and will be responsible for bids and proposals from pre-bid stage until project award, including involvement in design engineering, negotiations, and estimation. You will prepare and deliver presentations and work with the development team. You will have responsibility to supervise the research and conduct assessments and the viability of projects/ markets.
