The successful candidate should have at least 6 years experience delivering proven business results for brands, ideally in both client side and agency capacities. You should also have at least 5 years experience with measurable success in planning, deploying and managing large scale digital initiatives across all channels.

Charterhouse is working with a leading 5 star luxury hotel group who is looking to hire a Regional E-Commerce Manager - Middle East and Africa. The overall scope of the position is to support multiple hotels in the region as well as the Corporate Digital Strategy Department, with the aim of increasing revenue coming through key online channels and optimising the hotels overall digital presence. Training and support will be provided to the hotel champions in areas such as CMS / system usage, SEO, PPC, Social Media and Online Reputation Management. You will also monitor results and audit the online presence of the business ensuring consistent brand delivery through social and digital. You will oversee the revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day-to-day yield operations. The successful candidate should have previous experience working in a luxury hotel with relevant Middle East knowledge and experience. You should have a qualification level of at least an undergraduate, Baccalaureate (Abitur), A Level or Professional Certification (Bachelor, University Degree, Hotel School Diploma). It is essential you have experience using a Content Management System as well as experience in Web & Electronic Distribution or Digital Marketing.
