Local organisations are increasingly looking to attract experienced Strategic thinkers, EFQM assessors and Business Excellency specialists into the business in order to change cultures and adopt best practice. Talent pools tend to be greatest in Gulf countries where these strategies are already in operation, some of which have entered the local market but the trend suggest that many more from overseas may look to enter the UAE market or look to home grown talent.
